Tang Weng Leong
Partner
Tang Weng Leong, graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B., Hons) degree from the Cardiff Law School of the University of Wales, United Kingdom in 1993. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M, Merit) degree in Maritime Law from the University of London, England. He obtained his Certificate of Legal Practice in 1994 and was called to the Malaysian Bar in November 1995. He practiced as a litigator in commercial and civil matters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for over 9 years before he was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court, Brunei Darussalam in 2004.
Weng Leong specialises in commercial and civil litigation including shipping, banking, insolvency, insurance and employment law. Weng Leong has appeared before the High Court and Court of Appeal of Brunei Darussalam and the High Court and Court of Appeal in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Harold Ng Hann Jaun
Managing Partner
Harold Ng Hann Jaun is the managing partner of CCW Partnership. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B., Hons) degree from the University of Nottingham, England in 2004. He obtained his Certificate of Legal Practice from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2005 and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor in Brunei Darussalam in 2006.
Harold Ng is principally concerned with non-contentious conveyancing, corporate, banking and probate matters. He oversees all non-contentious conveyancing, banking, corporate and probate matters handled by the firm. Harold also advises on corporate and commercial matters.
He is a Commissioner for Oaths.

Partner
On Hung Zheng, graduated from the University of Bristol with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons). He is a member of Lincoln’s Inn, London and was called to the English Bar in July 2006. He was admitted as an advocate and solicitor in Brunei Darussalam in 2007.
Hung Zheng specialises in the field of intellectual property and his practice areas are commercial and civil litigation including banking, construction, insurance and insolvency. Andrew Ong Teck Wee
Consultant
Andrew Ong Teck Wee, holds a B.A. (Law and Philosophy) (Hons.) from the University of Hull, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the City University, London and an M.B.A. from the University of Durham, England. He was called to the English Bar in 1982 and is a member of Lincoln’s Inn, London.
He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom. He has been in practice in Brunei Darussalam since 1985. He was previously managing partner of the firm and is presently consultant of the firm.
Andrew’s fields of practice cover civil and commercial litigation including construction, arbitration, corporate and property law in the High Court and Court of Appeal. His subspecialty is construction law. He is a Commissioner for Oaths.

Justin Phua Thien Wei

Justin Phua Thien Wei graduated from the University of York with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) in July 2016. Naadhiyah Rosli, graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) from the University of Essex in 2019. She also holds a Masters of Law (LL.M, Distinction) from University of Law, London where she completed the Bar Professional Training Course and was awarded top of her class for Judicial Review. She is a member of Middle Temple, London and was called to the English Bar in November 2020 and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor in Brunei Darussalam in 2022. Naadhiyah has graduated with a diploma in Islamic Law and Legal Practice from the Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University in 2023.
